Have I got a review for hello world yep sure have,i booked through them and could not fly as I was really sick,the flight was with KLM which is so bad as well.I had 2 letters from the doctors but they still would not refund me the cost of $1250.They said it was the terms of the ticket.Take my money and KLM had a empty seat.

I have recently returned from Hawaii where I travelled with four other people. Three of them had not travelled overseas before and our holiday was a nightmare because of Helloworld, we have also had very little response from our local agent. The rooms in our hotel in Maui were mouldy and smelt disgusting, we complained and were moved to a nicer room. Hello, For the booking of PBJTGA-803-150-7704, I would like to cancel. I have talked one of your consultants and told the ticket is non refundable. I have talked to KLM which we will fly with. They said for sure they accept cancelation. There is more than one month to flight. You keep our $600 for a service we wont take. This is crystal clear against the law of Australia and Fair Trading.
